Acceptance
By downloading and using Harmonino, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
The service
Harmonino is for making four-track music loops, listening to them and sharing them (video, audio file, MIDI file, code). The app works without an account, for personal use.
Using Harmonino
Do not use the app or its short code server in a way that could damage it, overload it or bother others.
Harmonino Pro
Harmonino Pro is a one-time purchase, with no subscription, sold on the App Store and on Google Play. It includes what its offer in the app describes at the time of purchase, and whatever updates add to it. Other content, such as sound packs, may be sold separately.
- On the App Store, the app is licensed under Apple’s standard license (Licensed Application End User License Agreement). Refunds are requested from Apple. Harmonino Pro stays tied to your Apple Account: on another iPhone, or after reinstalling the app, “Restore purchases” brings it back.
- On Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Refunds are requested from Google Play, under its refund policy. Harmonino Pro stays tied to your Google Account: on another Android phone, or after reinstalling the app, it comes back on its own, or with “Restore purchases”.
Your loops
The loops and sounds you make are yours. By asking for a loop’s or a sound’s short code, you ask us to keep its code (and, for a sound, its name) on our server so that it can be opened. You are responsible for what you publish, in particular for the copyright of the melodies you play.
Intellectual property
The app, its code, its design, its texts and its icon belong to the publisher. The recorded sounds come from sound libraries dedicated to the public domain (CC0), credited in the app (“About”, “Sound credits”).
Liability
The app is provided as is, with no guarantee that it is free of bugs or always available. The short code service may be interrupted; a loop’s full code always opens without a server. Your songs are stored only on your phone: we cannot recover them if they are lost (app deleted, phone lost or broken). Keep the codes of the ones that matter.
Stopping using Harmonino
You can stop at any time. Deleting the app deletes your songs. Short codes already made stay on our server: to have one erased, write to us with that code.
Changes
If we change these terms, the new version will be published on this page, with its date at the top; an important change will also be announced in the app’s release notes.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by French law. Questions: contact@harmonino.com.
